Nicado was created to allow friends and colleagues that have lost contact with each other to get back in touch.In recent years most people have email, but over time they change email addresses. This can be due to a number of reasons, e.g.
- You move from school to college
- You leave college and get a job
- You change companies
You might have a 'Hotmail' or 'Gmail' address that never changes, but not everyone you know may have it.
After a period of time there is a good chance someone you used to know would like to get back in touch with you or vice-a-versa, but they do not have any method of contacting you.
Nicado was created to provide a simple and free method of getting back in touch and staying in touch with people from your past.
By registering, Nicado allows you to add your current and the old email addresses that you have ever used. All active email addresses can then be verified within Nicado. Confirming your active email addresses confirms that you are the genuine user of that address.
If you have used more than one email address in the past, adding all of them will increase your chances of been located sometime in the future by an ex-colleague or friend.
